Expert Nutrition Coaching, Wherever You Are

Access the same evidence-based low carb and keto coaching that our Pakenham clients receive — from the comfort of your home, anywhere in Australia. All you need is a screen and an internet connection.

How Online Coaching Works

Three simple steps to start improving your metabolic health from home.

Step 1

Book Your Video Consultation

Choose your preferred coach and schedule a time that suits you. Our online booking system makes it easy to find availability — no phone tag required. You will receive a secure video link via email before your session.

Step 2

Get Your Personalised Plan

We review your blood work, medical history, and dietary preferences to create a tailored low carb or keto nutrition plan. Your coach will screen-share results and walk you through every recommendation in detail.

Step 3

Ongoing Support & Check-ins

Regular video sessions to track your progress, adjust your plan, and troubleshoot challenges. Between sessions you have messaging support from your coach, so you are never left guessing what to eat next.

Why Online Coaching Works

Telehealth nutrition coaching delivers the same health outcomes as in-person — with added convenience.

Access from Anywhere in Australia

Whether you are in rural Queensland or inner-city Melbourne, our coaches are a click away.

Same Expert Team

You work with the same qualified coaches who consult in our Pakenham clinic — Dr Glen Davies, Steven Hamley, and others.

Flexible Scheduling

Early morning, lunch hour, or evening — choose session times that fit around your work and family commitments.

Screen-Share Blood Results

Your coach shares your pathology results on screen, explaining every marker and what it means for your plan.

Record Sessions for Review

With your permission, sessions can be recorded so you can revisit advice, meal plans, and coaching notes any time.

Lower Cost Than In-Person

No travel time, no parking costs, and our online sessions are priced to be accessible for ongoing coaching.

What You'll Need

A quick checklist before your first online session

  • Computer, tablet, or phone with a front-facing camera
  • Stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or 4G/5G)
  • Recent blood work — we will tell you exactly what to request from your GP
  • A quiet, private space for your session

Not sure about your setup? We offer a free 5-minute tech check before your first session to make sure everything works smoothly.

Online Coaching FAQ

What video platform do you use?

We use Zoom for our online sessions. You will receive a unique meeting link by email before each appointment. You can join from a browser or the Zoom app — no account is required on your end.

Can I see any coach online, or only certain ones?

All of our coaches offer online sessions. You can choose your preferred coach when booking, and you are welcome to switch coaches at any time if you would like a different perspective.

What if my internet drops during the session?

If your connection drops, simply rejoin using the same link. Your coach will wait for you to reconnect. If the disruption is significant, we will extend the session or reschedule the remaining time at no extra charge.

Do you post physical meal plans or resources?

All meal plans, guides, and resources are delivered digitally via email or our client portal. This means you receive them instantly after your session and can access them from any device.

Is online coaching as effective as in-person?

Research consistently shows that telehealth nutrition coaching achieves the same health outcomes as in-person sessions. The convenience often leads to better adherence because clients are more likely to keep appointments and follow through between sessions.

What blood tests should I get before my first session?

We will send you a pathology request list after booking. Typical markers include fasting glucose, HbA1c, fasting insulin, full lipid panel (including triglycerides), liver function, and inflammation markers like hsCRP. Your GP can order these with a Medicare rebate.
