One of the challenges with leading our low insuline life is hunger gets the better of us.
It's now about two o'clock in the afternoon and I haven't eaten since seven o'clock last night. I'm starting to get just a little bit hungry sooner. The trick is this, if you i want to dull your appetite a little bit, you start jogging on the spot and you build it up, and you build it up, and then you do it really fast for 30 seconds until you start to get a little bit breathless...and the 30 seconds is up! Now, if you wait for a couple of minutes, you will find that actually for most people, that will take the edge off your appetite. You might feel a bit self-conscious, but try it.
