Well, it's something that about 90 percent ofAustralians and Americans have to some extent as a problem. So, I'm going to suggest to you that you stop eating sweet fruit. No more Fuji apples. No more ripe nectarines. No more ripe peaches, because although the fiber in those fruits is good for you, the fructose that you're getting in the fruit is not. I'm going to suggest to you you get the fiber to feed the bugs in your gut from above the ground vegetables such as broccoli, broccolini, cauliflower, spinach and mushrooms. Not ripe fruit now we all love. The ripe fruit, beautiful I know. Nobody would be more of a "cherry-aholic" than me but we've got to cut out those super ripe fruits.
